Please dress for the weather, as we are hoping to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outside, and the dinner will be in the McGinley Pavilion (a tented space with heating, if needed). There will be a bit of a walk from the Botanic Garden entrance to the Rose Garden for the ceremony, and you will be walking across a grassy expanse in the Rose Garden, so choose your footwear accordingly.

FRIDAY NIGHT GATHERINGIf you are in town and available on Friday night October 5 after dinner, please feel free to stop by Formento’s, 925 West Randolph, from 8:30pm-10:30pm to meet the wedding party and families, and to have some sweets and coffee. If anyone is seeking something a little stronger, a cash bar will be open for your drinking pleasure.
SUNDAY MORNING BRUNCHWe would also like to invite all out-of-town guests to brunch on Sunday, October 7, at the Booth One restaurant in the Ambassador Hotel, 1301 N State Pkwy. We will have a brunch buffet from 10:30am-12pm, so please come join us for a casual, day-after get together before heading home. (Please note, if you are not staying at the Ambassador or the Talbott, check the Marathon map to make sure you find a route that won’t be blocked.)
